In the Heights: From University to Silver Screen, features 50 images that trace the development of the award-winning musical, In the Heights, from its inception at Wesleyan University (written and directed by Lin-Manuel Miranda) through its Off-Broadway and Broadway productions (music and lyrics by Miranda, book by Quiara Alegría Hudes and directed by Thomas Kail), and on to the current Warner Brother’s film (songs by Lin-Manuel Miranda, screenplay by Quiara Alegría Hudes and directed by John M. Chu). The musical tells the story of the dreams, loyalties, and resilience of a group of families, friends, and neighbors confronting a changing community.

The exhibit is FREE and runs to August 15. Reservations are a must..
