  • Our Saviour’s Atonement: Meditative Mondays – Mirror

Our Saviour's Atonement Lutheran Church 178 Bennett Ave., New York

Meditative Mondays is a unique experience combining a guided meditation with a live performance of music at Our Saviour’s Atonement. We'll pair the meditation goal of self reflection with an iconic piece by “mystical minimalist” composer Arvo Pärt. We’ll perform Spiegel Im Spiegel, which means Mirror In Mirror, composed in Pärt’s “tintinnabular” style consisting of a lyrical melody and spare, “bell-like” accompaniment and John Cage's piece In a Dream.
