Valdes: A Retrospective celebrates the life and work of the late Cuban-American artist\, whose vibrant creations transformed mosaic\, collage\, ceramics and found objects into richly imaginative works of art. Spanning more than two decades\, the exhibition reflects Valdes’s distinctive use of color\, texture and repurposed materials\, as well as the humor\, and Caribbean spirit that shaped his artistic vision.
