In Uptown Visions, Tom Sanford draws on his experience as a longtime Upper Manhattan resident to offer a vibrant expression of the joy, rhythm, and layered experience of Uptown summer life. The work also pays tribute to Joaquín Sorolla’s monumental mural series.
