The repertoire comprises new compositions based on traditional West African music, blues, funk and jazz. In this ensemble we’re centered around the djembe as the lead instrument.

Australian-born, New York-based songwriter Mike O'Dowd will play songs that take listeners on a journey through love and heartache. A transparent look at discovery from his debut album, One Lover Leaves. Reflecting on inspiration, O'Dowd shares honesty with every line, exploring the destructive and complex nature of love.
