Join Hike the Heights for an educational hike through Highbridge Park (10am-12pm) as we celebrate the 5th City of Forest Day. Starting location: Sunken Playground on Edgecombe Avenue. During the hike we will discuss basic tree identification, look for plants that can be foraged and its benefits, as well as a trail clean up. The hike will convene at the Inaugural New York Restoration Project (NYRP) Paw Paw Festival at Sherman Creek Park (12-4pm)
