Bring your own empty toilet paper roll or paper towel roll if you can.

SUMMARY:Fort Washington Library: Fit4Kids Yoga Bootcamp
DESCRIPTION:Join us at Fort Washington Library for YoBOO\, short for Yoga Bootcamp\, a unique take on fitness for children.  We combine the aerobic fun of bootcamp with the powerful breathing techniques of yoga to take the children on an energy rollercoaster.  We’re up\, we’re down\, we’re having FUN! \nFirst we calm down\, and then we dance and jump\, and then we come back to our breath. It’s a wonderful way to teach children that there is time for energetic fun and a time for quiet breathes.
