Workshops for Young Writers Ages 8-16

Uptown Stories offers after-school workshops led by professional writers and master teachers. Students learn the craft of writing, engage their imaginations, and join an exciting, supportive community. Workshops meet for ten weeks and conclude with a celebratory reading open to friends and family. To ensure Uptown Stories is accessible to all children, tuition is “pay-what-you-can.”
