Dr. Ramona Hernandez, director of the CUNY Dominican Studies Institute joins as the Guest Lecturer for the Morris-Jumel Mansion’s October Virtual Parlor Chat. Sharing her expertise on the rich Dominican history of the neighborhood the Mansion calls home, Dr. Hernandez will shine a spotlight on the deep impact, past and present, the Dominican community has had on the area and the importance of recognizing that impact.
