Beginning at 5:00 PM is Silentwoods Collective’s program “South of Rome” sharing virtuosic works for cello composed by innovators of the violoncello from Southern Italy – Francesco Supriano, Rocco Greco, Gaetano Francone, Giulio de Ruvo, and Alessandro Scarlatti. Then, Boston-Based vocal ensemble ‘The Pandora Consort’ will perform selections from their recently premiered folk opera, “The Fire within Her”, as well as enthralling medieval works by polymath Hildegard von Bingen.
