Will Evans’ new release “Serpentine” tells a sonic story that takes listeners on a journey through distinct places. The route isn’t straightforward. Some compositions take you on a round trip, while others will bring you to new places. Rooted in the language of jazz, each piece was shaped collaboratively, with the spontaneous interaction between musicians serving as a compass. This album is not just a collection of songs, but a living document of a journey through new musical terrain.
This concert will be held in the Shrine’s Retreat Room. Enter by the red door. Tickets are $15 in advance or at the door.
In conjunction with Inwood Art Works, join us on the Shrine’s lawn for birthday cake and a FREE screening of CABRINI!
