First, Anna Clyne’s Restless Oceans, a contemporary work that channels the sea. Next, Samuel Barber’s Knoxville: Summer of 1915, set to the words of James Agee. Finally, Felix Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3 “Scottish”.
