“La Fábrica de Bodas” comedy at the United Palace to open the 15th Edition of the Dominican Film Festival in New York. Directed by Francis “Indio” Disla Ferrera, the film will celebrate its World Premiere on August 5 at the United Palace. La Fábrica de Bodas follows the story of an undocumented Mexican immigrant who, facing possible deportation, agrees to marry an American woman to obtain legal status and help her pay off her debts.
