This free afternoon performance, under the direction of Dorrit Matson, highlights Scandinavian orchestral works, including music by Lars-Erik Larsson, Johan Helmich Roman, Frank Foerster, and Josefine Opsahl.

Hudson View Gardens Performing Arts Group presents an evening of jazz with the Randal Despommier Quartet at The Lounge at HVG, celebrating the release of South – a New Orleans-roots record – and new tunes and arrangements including poetry in Farsi. Appearing with the group are bassist Kelsey Mines, drummer Jay Sawyer, and guest vocalist Mahya Hamedi. The audience is invited to meet the performers at a post-performance wine reception.
