NYC Chili Bowl at Church of the Good Shepherd
Do you think you make good chili? Then enter it into our 9th annual NYC Chili Bowl cookoff on Nov 9th from 12-2:30. This is an annual fun community fundraising event supporting the Cabrini Immigrant Services Food Pantry at the Church of the Good Shepherd (Saturday mornings from 7-9). Donate food:
· Drop off food during business hours, 9a-5p, Monday through Friday, until Nov 15. Perishable items such as: green beans, onions, celery, carrots, yams, milk, dinner rolls, butter, as well as non-perishable items such as: instant stuffing, canned items (canned chicken stock, mixed vegetables, hams, and cranberry sauce), instant potatoes, and drinks (sodas and juices).
· Drop off food during business hours, 9a-5p, Monday through Friday, until Nov 15. Perishable items such as: green beans, onions, celery, carrots, yams, milk, dinner rolls, butter, as well as non-perishable items such as: instant stuffing, canned items (canned chicken stock, mixed vegetables, hams, and cranberry sauce), instant potatoes, and drinks (sodas and juices).
· Drop off cooked items such as pies, pastries, side dishes, or other warm or cold dishes or beverages, please bring them to Fort Washington Collegiate Church, 729 West 181th St, on Saturday, November 16th between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Artist Talk: Píntame Angelitos Negros
Artist Rose Deler will discuss her installation, “Píntame Angelitos Negros,” the 2024 selection for the Art on the Audubon Terrace in partnership with the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance (NoMAA). The conversation will be moderated by the Executive Director of NoMAA, Dr. Niria E. Leyva-Gutiérrez.
