Short films by several local filmmakers receive their United Palace premiere on the silver screen, promising a night of stories from around town & the world. The filmmakers are all previous NoMAA grantees.
NoMAA presents Berta Moreno, a multi-awarded jazz saxophonist, composer, bandleader & educator from Spain, at the Cabrini Greenspace. With an extensive career, she has been touring and performing as a bandleader and sidewoman in some of the leading jazz festivals. She is deeply involved in the Jazz, Latin, and World Music scene.
