This 60 minute lunchtime whole body class blends Yoga and Pilates foundations to strengthen and lengthen. Maria’s class is suitable for both more advanced students, as well as beginners with a focus on alignment, flow, and targeted strength building. Yogalates is a time efficient, mind-body method to improve postural alignment, stabilize your spine, and increase circulation and energy. Your body will feel longer, stronger, and energized!
Maria Phegan is a 200-Hour Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, as well as a professional ballet dancer. Maria’s classes are accessible to all by providing a nurturing, non-intimidating environment for the individual to learn the foundations of yoga and grow at his or her own pace.
