Our trained Urban Park Rangers will lead you on canoe adventures that range from the gentle waters of protected lakes to the challenging open waters of rivers and bays. The study of the healing power of plants is thousands of years old, and many of these plants still grow in our parks. Join us on a hike through Inwood Hill Park to look for plants that native people used for food and medicine
