November Saturday Science for Kids

Editors Note – This event is outside our zone but I’m including because it seems great for kids!

On Saturday, November 18, 2023, doors are open 1-4 pm at Columbia University’s Jerome L. Greene Science Center, entrance at 605 West 129th Street, New York NY 10027. We invite students, families, and community groups to join scientists in exploring the brain through hands-on brain science activities.

How does my brain work? Do animals have thoughts? How do instincts work? Get answers to these questions and more!

At November’s Saturday Science, our theme is Across the Animal Kingdom! Come and be curious, play, and learn about your brain and how it works. We feature brand new activities every month, as well as some returning favorites.

You have a mind to discover. Join us!
