Jazz Power: Now’s the Time for Jazz Diplomacy with the Ari Roland Quartet

Intergenerational Jazz Power Jam is proud to present the Ari Roland Quartet with Ari Roland, bass, Zaid Nasser, saxophone, Chris Byars, saxophone, and Keith Balla, drums. Ari Roland is a born and raised New Yorker, Juilliard alumni, who was mentored by legends such as Lou Donaldson, Barry Harris and Betty Carter. He has traveled around the world to Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, on 150 tours, spreading his message of unity through jazz music. We are thrilled to have him bring his program, “Now’s the Time for Jazz Diplomacy,” to our Intergenerational Jazz Power stages, join us!

MJM Virtual Parlor Chat: Restoration Update

Join us to discuss the exterior restoration of the Morris-Jumel Mansion in April’s Virtual Parlor Chat. An expert panel will include representatives from each partner in the project: MJM, Historic House Trust, Page Ayers Cowley Architects, and NYC Parks.
