SUNDAY RESET- A SOUND EXPERIENCE  Step into an afternoon designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself and the energy around you.  A guided sound journey led by Iyanga Intelez. Designed to quiet the noise and bring you back to center.

Resonance is a collective experience where each person is given the space to heal in their own way while we grow and shift together. In this immersive, soul nourishing experience, sound becomes the medicine, moving through your body, restoring balance, easing stress, and gently guiding you back to yourself.
