The 16th Annual Washington Heights Halloween Parade is on for Tuesday, October 31st!
Gather at 6PM in the PS187 schoolyard (Cabrini Blvd between 187/190)
At 6:30, we will parade up Cabrini Blvd to Fort Tryon Park, ending with a grand mill about on the Cafe Lawn.
