Join the Hispanic Society for an outdoor screening of Blancanieves (Spain, 2012). Winner of 10 Goya Awards, including Best Film, Blancanieves is a contemporary silent film retelling the story of Snow White set in 1920s Andalusia. The program begins at 6pm with a special pre-show live performance of THREAD by Kinesis Project dance theatre, followed by the film at 7pm.

Inwood Art Works: Jorge A. Valdes Retrospective Opening Reception. celebrates the life and work of the late Cuban-American artist, whose vibrant creations transformed mosaic, collage, ceramics and found objects into richly imaginative works of art.
