Mini monsters of Inwood, unite! The 6th annual Monster March returns this Halloween with a costume contest, a visit from the headless horseman, spooky tales by @rachael_stories, face painting, and more, all leading up to the parade kickoff at 4:45. 🎃👻We’ll march from 207 and Seaman Avenue to Inwood Hill Park for the Inwood Candy Exchange (a longtime Inwood tradition-bring a bag of candy to swap!)
