Join us as we celebrate Halloween eve with John Carpenter’s “The Thing”. Released in 1982 it would go on to be considered one of the greatest scifi horror thrillers ever made. All though it would do ok at the box office; it would gain cult status once released on VHS and television. In 2025 it would be added to the National Film Registry for its cultural, historical, and significant contribution to the genre. There is no other film like it!
