OSA: “I Dream of the Heights – Book Signing and Photography Pop-Up”

Photographer and Filmmaker Emon Hassan’s “I Dream of the Heights” is a book of dream-like photographs taken in Washington Heights, Manhattan, accompanied by short poems inspired by the images. https://www.emonhassan.com/idoth

Hosted at OSA, “I Dream of the Heights – Book Signing and Photography Pop-Up” offers a rare chance to connect with the author and immerse yourself in his evocative work inspired by Washington Heights.

Photos from this collection have exhibited at the Inwood Branch of NYPL. Emon is a regular contributor to The New York Times, with photographs published in major publications worldwide.

This curated evening celebrates the Heights’ vibrant character and invites attendees to own a piece of its narrative.

We’re walking from Washington Heights to the South Bronx to Mill Pond Park. Once we get to the park we’ll be able to check out the awesome 18 ft tall sculpture of Eric Orr’s Rappin’ Max Robot by Welder Underground which is up by the Hip Hop museum for a limited time!
